In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a phpark21 account and to use any gaming services on the Platform. This age requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations. phpark21 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where underage access is suspected.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phpark21 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any law applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phpark21 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phpark21 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances.
2.4 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. phpark21 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.1 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your phpark21 account, whether or not authorised by you.
3.2 You must notify phpark21 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 phpark21 may contact you via your registered Philippine mobile number or email address for account-related communications. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details remain current.
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at phpark21 is Philippine Peso (PHP) ₱20. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. phpark21 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Deposits for Gaming Only. Funds deposited into your phpark21 account must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. phpark21 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. phpark21 may request a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth, Passport, UMID, or Driver's License) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phpark21 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phpark21 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to withhold funds pending investigation.
5.1 phpark21 may offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and tournament prizes from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
5.3 phpark21 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or fraud.
5.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred.
6.1 All games available on the phpark21 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and are not influenced by phpark21 or any third party.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phpark21's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative record.
6.3 phpark21 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the player's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpark21 Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 All content on the phpark21 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of phpark21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other right or licence is granted.
9.1 The phpark21 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpark21 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpark21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of gaming funds resulting from connectivity failures beyond phpark21's control.
9.3 phpark21's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.
10.1 phpark21 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 By registering an account, you consent to phpark21 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
11.1 phpark21 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders, and initiate self-exclusion from within their account settings at any time.

11.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted through phpark21's account settings are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the exclusion period, the affected account will not be accessible.
12.1 phpark21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent or prohibited activity is suspected; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed; or (d) a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order applies.
12.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method. Bonus balances are not refundable upon account closure.
12.3 You may close your phpark21 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 phpark21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or email address with at least seven (7) days' notice where practicable.
13.2 Continued use of the phpark21 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to game outcomes, payment processing, or account management — shall first be addressed through phpark21's internal complaints process. Players must submit a written complaint to our support team as a first step.
14.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. phpark21 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
14.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
